Milled when ordered. Here’s every step.
We keep whole spices, grains and seeds, tested by an NABL-accredited lab when each lot arrives. We grind, mill and pack only after your order comes in, at our Noida Unit 01. You can follow each step live, just like a food delivery order.

The whole spices, grains or seeds for your order are sieved, de-stoned, de-dusted and hand-sorted on a white tray.

Spices are ground in a small lot on a dedicated grinder, atta is milled, whole items are weighed out, and oils are bottled from this week’s kachi ghani pressing.

Quality check · जाँच
A second person checks aroma, colour, texture, moisture, temperature and weight, and records the result on your order.

Packed & sealed · पैक
Packed in a compostable zipper pouch or glass bottle, sealed, and labelled with the time it was ground or packed.

Delhi NCR: within 24 hours with live tracking, often the same day. Rest of India: milled at our hub when you order and couriered in 3 to 7 days.

3 to 7 days, packed date on the pack
Milled when ordered at our hub, sealed, and handed to a courier. You get the packed date on the label and a courier tracking link. Live tracking comes to more cities as we open units.

Your order page updates on its own as the unit moves your order along: when cleaning starts, when it’s ground, who checked it and when, when the rider picks it up and when to expect them. You also get an email or WhatsApp at the important moments.

What “after you order” means for each product
We only say “ground” where we grind. Here’s exactly what happens to each kind of product.

The proof is on the pack
Every pack tells you when it was made
Instead of a vague “packed on” month, your label shows the time your masala was ground or your seeds were packed, which unit made it, and the order it belongs to.
Questions
Why does grinding after the order matter?
Much of a spice’s aroma comes from natural oils that start escaping once it’s ground. Whole spices hold them far longer. So we keep spices whole and grind only when you order.
Do you add anything to keep it longer?
No. No preservatives, no added colour, no flavour enhancers and no anti-caking agents. Because we grind for your order, we don’t need them.
How fast is delivery?
Delhi NCR: within 24 hours with live tracking, often the same day for orders before 6 pm. Rest of India: 3 to 7 days by courier, with the packed date on every pack. Enter your pincode on any product page to see your promise.
Are oils pressed for each order?
No. Kachi ghani oil needs a day or two to settle and filter, so we press in small lots every week and bottle for your order.
Can I visit the unit?
Yes. We open the Noida unit to customers on Saturday mornings. Message us on WhatsApp to book a slot.
