With our order assistant

Type “200g haldi, 1L mustard oil, kosala pack”. The assistant fills your cart and sends the order to WhatsApp.

Ordering on WhatsApp

  1. Message +91 94555 64555, or tap “Order on WhatsApp” in your cart to send your cart as a message.
  2. Our team (and our AI order agent) replies with the bill, your free gift and the delivery slot.
  3. Pay by UPI link, or as agreed at launch.
  4. Track your delivery on the same chat.

The order assistant

Type the way you speak: “ek kilo nahi, 500g haldi aur 2 kaju”. The assistant understands product names in English, Hindi and Hinglish, picks pack sizes, adds your free gift and hands the final order to WhatsApp.

On the website it runs as a quick assistant. At launch the same assistant also answers on WhatsApp Business, so you can order without opening the site.

Delivery areas and times

Two promises, one standard: everything is milled when ordered. Delhi NCR gets live tracking and delivery within 24 hours; the rest of India gets courier delivery in 3–7 days with the packed date on every pack. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delhi NCR: free over ₹499, otherwise ₹49. Rest of India: free over ₹999, otherwise ₹79.
