Shipping

• Delhi NCR: live tracking, delivered within 24 hours. Rest of India: 3–7 days, packed date on every pack. Ayodhya: same day. Rest of India: 2 to 6 working days.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Otherwise a ₹49 delivery charge applies.
• Delivery times are estimates and can change during festivals, heavy rain or other disruptions. We will tell you on WhatsApp if your order is delayed.

Returns, replacements and refunds

• Purity promise: if you are not happy with the quality of a product, tell us within 15 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full.
• Damaged or wrong item: send a photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free.
• Opened food products can’t be returned for reasons other than quality, for hygiene reasons.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order on WhatsApp or by email any time before it is dispatched.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and support you: your name, phone number, address, email and order history. We use it to process orders, send updates and, if you agree, occasional offers. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at [email protected].
