Shahi jeera, bay leaf, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, mace, nutmeg, star anise, black pepper, fennel, rose petal.
No added colour, preservatives or MSG. Packed in a compostable zipper pouch: press to seal after every use.
How & where to use
Where it goes in your kitchen
How: Add 1 tsp per cup of rice while layering, or to the ghee before adding rice for pulao.
Storage: Airtight jar away from the stove. Best within 3 months of opening.
