What it adds
Why your food needs it
A sharp, nose-tingling pungency that defines UP, Bihar and Bengal home cooking.

What’s inside
Mustard oil, cold-pressed (100%).
No added colour, preservatives or MSG. Packed in a glass bottle.
How & where to use
Where it goes in your kitchen
How: Heat until it just begins to smoke, then lower the flame. This mellows the raw pungency before you add spices.
Storage: Keep the cap tight, away from heat and sunlight. Natural sediment at the bottom is normal.
“Sarson ka tel warmed with a few cloves of garlic, for a winter massage. Every Sunday.”
